Shipping Fee
Giustizieri Vecchi provides a free shipping service for the purchase of more than $150.
For the less, the shipping fee is a flat rate of $10 New Zealand-wide.
 
*Free shipping threshold is based on the final order value after discounts have been applied. 
 
Shipping Period
Once your item is ready, we will promptly proceed with the process, typically taking 1-2 business days. After this stage is completed, you will receive the tracking number via email within 24 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by longer delivery times due to high volume. Our team is dedicated to working diligently to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. You can then track your shipping status on the courier website starting from the following day.

Rural Areas: It may take 4-6 days for delivery.
 
Shipping times exclude prescription glasses as they are custom-made to order.

Returns & Exchanges
GVecchi offers returns or exchanges for full-priced items within 14 days of order delivery.
 
As all prescription and custom glasses are made to order, they are non-refundable.
 
Once an order for prescription lenses is placed, it cannot be cancelled since the lenses are custom-made to order, and work on them commences immediately upon submission of the order.

The following conditions apply to all exchanges or returns:
For efficient processing of your return or exchange, Giustizieri Vecchi requests that you send back the product within 14 days from the date of your order delivery. Please ensure sufficient time for the item to reach our warehouse through return shipping. To facilitate the exchange process, we will provide a prepaid courier ticket via mail for you to return the damaged glasses for assessment.
 
Product Condition
  • The product(s) must be returned to us in complete, new, and resalable condition.
  • Please ensure that all supplementary items supplied, including cases, cleaning cloths, and other accessories, are returned together with the product(s). Failure to include all included accessories may result in the rejection of the return. In such cases, a $10 shipping charge will be applied to send the goods back to you.
  • If the glasses received have dirty lenses, fingerprints, or makeup on them, a cleaning fee of $20 will be deducted from your return.
  • Please ensure that all original GVecchi branded packaging, including cases and product boxes, are returned undamaged and in new and saleable condition. Failure to include all original branded product boxes and cases may result in the rejection of the return. In such cases, a $10 shipping charge will be applied to send the goods back to you.

 

Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange your computer glasses or sunglasses for another pair, we offer free shipping for the replacement pair. This applies to one exchange only and is valid for customers within New Zealand.
  • For the first exchange of glasses, we will cover the postage cost and send you the exchanged pair for free. However, if you decide to return the exchanged pair for a refund, a $10 postage cost will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any additional exchanges after the first one will incur a shipping fee to send out the new pair.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original account used for the initial payment.
  • Items purchased at reduced prices during sale periods where a sitewide discount code of greater than 15% is used, including major sales such as Black Friday and Holiday sales, are eligible for returns, but only for an exchange or store credit.
  • Refunds are not applicable to prescription and custom glasses due to their custom-made nature.
  • When returning items for a refund, it is important to note that if the original order included a free gift, the free gift must also be returned in order to qualify for a full refund. Failure to return the free gift will result in the deduction of the full price of the gift item from any refund provided.
Sale Items
  • Sale items are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged or returned for store credit within the 14-day return period.
  • If a discount of greater than 20% is applied to a purchase, it is considered a "sale item." As such, these items are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit within the designated 14-day return period.
  • Discount codes of 20% and lower are not classified as "sale items" and therefore are eligible for a refund if returned within the designated return period.
  • Once an order is placed before or between sales, no price adjustments can be made to it.
Missing Parcels
Giustizieri Vecchi kindly advises that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we assure you that we will make our best efforts to address any issues that may arise during transit, though we cannot provide a guarantee in this regard.
 
Non Deliverable & RTS Parcels
If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or if it is not collected from the Post Office and is returned to us, a return shipping cost of $10 will be deducted from any refund issued. Alternatively, before we resend the order, a payment of $10 will be required.

For orders returned with the parcel marked as "Return to Sender," a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, or $10 will need to be paid before we resend the order.
 
Warranty
Giustizieri Vecchi products are accompanied by a 12-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This warranty extends to defects in materials and workmanship. It's important to note that normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, and broken frames resulting from dropping or applying excessive pressure are not considered manufacturing or material defects and are not covered by the warranty. View More
 
Cancelling or Changing an order
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and will be shipped without further changes. Our system promptly sends the order to our fulfillment partner for processing and dispatch immediately after the checkout process and payment are completed. Consequently, canceling the order becomes challenging as it may have already been shipped. This efficient system ensures timely delivery for our customers.

However, if you find the need to change or cancel an order, we kindly request that you email us immediately. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please bear in mind that we receive a high volume of orders and customer service inquiries. As a result, it is possible that your order may have already been shipped by the time we attend to your request. Nevertheless, we will strive to assist you to the best of our ability.
*Please make sure to carefully select your items as we cannot guarantee any changes to the order once it has been placed.
In the event that we can successfully stop and cancel an order, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to any cancelled item(s) to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

For pre-order items that are cancelled, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund provided. This fee is necessary to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
