Customers have the option to exchange or return any full-priced product bought from Giustizieri Vecchi within 14 days of receiving their order.

All exchanges or returns must adhere to the following conditions:
Giustizieri Vecchi must receive the return or exchange product within 14 days from the date of your order delivery. Please allocate sufficient time for return shipping.
If you wish to exchange your glasses for another pair, we will cover the cost of shipping the new pair to you. This only applies to one exchange and is applicable to customers in New Zealand and Australia.
If you choose to exchange your glasses, we will ship the exchanged pair to you free of charge for the first exchange only. However, if you subsequently decide to return the exchanged pair for a refund, a postage cost of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund. Any additional exchanges beyond the first one will incur a shipping fee for sending the new pair out.
International customers who wish to exchange their products are responsible for paying the international shipping fee for their exchange order to be dispatched.
